Abstract
In the first chapter we designed a ratiometric fluorescence copper(II) sensor based on N-salicylidene 1-aminopyrene and we synthesized the Ruthenium metal complex of N-salicylidene 1-amino pyrene. We got the crystal structure of the Ruthenium metal complex of N-salicylidene 1-amino pyrene. In the Ruthenium metal complex, ‘C-Ru’ bond is formed by the activation of aromatic hydrogen of pyrene. Then we synthesized the click fluorophore from anthracenyl azide and alkyne derivative of tripodal compound and we are trying to explore the sensitivity properties of click fluorephore. Lastly we designed and synthesized the dicationic ammonium salts. In future, we have interest to explore its sensitivity properties.
