Abstract
The scope of this work is to study renormalisation by averaging in the time domain. First, the 1-Dimensional Klein-Gordon chain is studied. Then, KG chain is perturbed with an anharmonic term to make it the ɸ⁴ Chain and renormalisation is studied by changing the averaging scales. Every required computational tool has been self developed by using various programming languages.
