Abstract
Atomic and molecular physics has always been interesting and important to researchers and scientists. Atoms and molecules from the fundamental building block our nature. If we look at the living and non-living world around everything end at the atomic and molecular level. So, emphasis has always been given to know the prosperities like reaction dynamics as well as bond breaking and bond making processes in molecules. So, the different properties of atomic and molecular system, scientists generally first perturb a system and get some modified responses of the system and try to predict about different properties of the system from those modified responses.
