Abstract

In this project time series analysis of the diffraction pattern formed when a high intense laser beam is passed through the solution of the organic dye, Coumarin 153 is carried out. The self-phase modulation of the liquid system when the laser passes through it and other non-linear optical phenomena observed are also explored.
