Abstract
In this thesis, we study various network parameters such as modularity and assortativity on the network constructed by online hindi newspaper articles as corpus. Different kinds of networks are built using this corpus and the network parameters are computed for these networks. We mainly focus on the community structure found within these networks and try to analyse them. We look at the possible interpretations. Moreover we also explore the influence of english language on the corpus.
