Abstract
The present work represents the synthesis, characterization, conformational analyses and self-association of designed peptides using proteinus and / or noncoded amino acids. The main aim of this thesis was to design and synthesis of small peptides and peptide mimetic composed of genetically coded and / or noncoded amino acids and other building blocks for understanding molecular self-assembly processes of these peptides in diverse nanomaterials, gels and their versatile applications.
