Abstract
There are mainly three phases of this research work. In the first phase, the time and work had been dedicated to literature survey related to metal halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) with good quantum yield and stability. In the second phase, special focus had been given to optimize the synthetic condition like molar ratio, temperature and time. Finally, photophysical studies were carried in detail with synthesized QDs. Excitation dependent photoluminescence quantum yield had been observed with 15% variation. The photoluminescence decays were biexponential and had been found to be independent of excitation wavelength.
