Abstract

This thesis explained the dependencies of total CO₂ emission on GDP, Population, and Solid fuel consumption of the countries India, China and USA in a single multiple linear regression model. In this model India, China and USA are used as dummy variable. The result of this thesis states that the major factor for CO₂ emission in these countries is solid fuel consumption. Which has 79% contribution in CO₂ emission based on our model.
