Abstract

A major portion of nonlinear dynamics involves discrete time dynamical systems, modelled with the help of maps. Maps can be invertible or noninvertible. For noninvertible maps computation of stable manifold is nontrivial as in that case any information about the inverse map is unknown. The existing methods [1-5] used for the purpose are converging algorithms which are complicated for implementation and have certain limitations. Here, we are trying to develop a new technique to compute stable manifolds of noninvertible maps.
